Nero 7 Ultra

A long time ago and a short time ago. In a place both near and far away a professor purchased Nero 7 from Amazon.com.

Dear Customer,
What video file formats are you trying to playback with the Nero Showtime program? Please provide details in regards to the file originate. We have noticed that videos files that people download are sometimes corrupted during the download process.
Also, please install the latest version of Nero 7 before trying playback again with Nero ShowTime.

I am aware that at times the leadership of a firm are unaware of significant problems. No one informs them. I am a professor of marketing. I purchased Nero 7 Ultra from Amazon.com even thought the reviews were terrible. I installed and the sound when playing all videos did not work. Nero videos would not work at all. I called Nero help. I was told that Nero is aware of this problem and check back in the future. 
I had to delete Nero 7 Ultra to get my other videos to work.

My view is that this problem with Nero 7 Ultra can do great harm to your company's future.
Please make sure that the highest level of the company are aware of this problem with Nero 7 Ultra so they can fix this product.

Please copy the attached file to c:/program files/common files/ahead/dsfilter. Before, rename the old NeDVD.ax file to NeDVD.ax_alt or delete it. Please restart your system now. Now you should be able to play DVDs properly with NeroShowTime.

Purchased Nero 7 Ultra from Amazon
Purchases Nero 6 from Amazon a few years ago.

Have both receipts but cannot find the package numbers to include in envelop to get 20 dollars refund?

Can you help me?

My new Nero 7 Ultra does not play DVDs. I do not know if anything else works yet.

I registered FC7H-7R17-XXXX for 10 working days
I called and the person from Nero on the telephone told me it does not work and Nero is working on fixing it. Not to worry and check Nero site.
I told him my 10 days would run out. He said do not worry.
I am worrying. I know things happen and Nero 7 was sent with problems. I just want it to work and get the 20 dollar refund.
I really liked Nero 6 and am sure if taken care of will be happy with Nero 7 Ultra. I will put this correspondence on my web site.

This is sad. If it continues the company is in real trouble. I feel bad for this
terrible blunder that they are not responding to. Not a word back from them.
