What is your take on subliminal messaging? Do you think companies should be allowed to use them in their marketing?

I think they are real. I read Key's book many years ago. He also came to UNH to talk. At that time he was saying that music had subliminal messages. He was countered by defenders of particular types of music. My own view would be yes they are their and always have been. From a storytelling point of view these messages would be more easily identifies by story holders. As far as influencing other non story holders I would also agreed. Kind of like Where is Waldo?
